I can’t thank Mr. Noah Pines enough for the incredible job he did on my daughter's case. Facing a very serious criminal charge was one of the most stressful experiences of my life, being a mother of the defender, but from day one, Mr. Pines was honest, professional, strategic, and very straightforward. He doesn't really advertise himself. I was lucky enough to find him through one of my clients, Leah Ward Sears, who is the first African-American female chief justice of a state supreme court in the United States. You might cross him as he can be very cold and unkind, but I knew he wasn't telling me what I want to hear. He is just a very honest person. Some lawyers might tell you what you are hoping for, but he was very honest from the beginning. A lot of lawyers fail to reply or answer your concerns when you try to contact them, but "Noah Pines," him being a super lawyer, he was always available to answer my questions and kept me updated every step of the way. He never failed to respond to my emails or phone calls. He always responded to me in a prompt time. Because of his hard work and expertise, my daughter was facing almost 30 years, but he dropped to 3 years, which we are so grateful. If you want a lawyer who actually fights for you and prepares for it for the court hearing and knows the system inside and out, there are no attorneys out there but him. If I could give Emily 10 stars, I would. My mom was an LPR detained by CBP/ICE as an arriving alien facing inadmissibility due to a previous criminal conviction, which meant she couldn’t get out unless she made parole. However, once Emily picked up the case, she immediately asked DHS to withdraw the NTA, which they eventually did, and my mom got out of ICE custody within 5 days and got her green card and passport back. Strongly recommended to anyone in the Atlanta area facing any issues with immigration. We plan on working with her in the future should any issues with immigration ever arise.
